How to set up a project
Start small and add files as you go.
1. Name the subject
Use the name your team already uses, such as Refund policy or March export.
2. Add the current files
Upload the latest versions of the documents that belong together.
3. Ask across the project
Ask a question that any of the files might answer.
4. Filter when needed
Select the documents for a narrower question and apply the filter.
Keeping a project tidy
Small habits that keep answers focused.
One project per subject
Separate projects keep a handbook and a finance export from mixing.
Replace instead of duplicate
Upload a newer version of a document and confirm the replacement.
Remove outdated files
Delete old drafts from the Documents tab so answers use the current ones.
